Engineering Director

With over 5 years of experience in civil engineering and infrastructure development, Zibusiso Nyoni leads the Engineering Department with a focus on sustainable development, innovation, and quality infrastructure. He holds a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Cape Town and is a registered Professional Engineer with expertise in rural infrastructure systems.

Key Functions & Responsibilities

The Engineering Department serves as the technical backbone of Binga Rural District Council, overseeing all infrastructure development and maintenance operations.

Road Infrastructure

Responsible for planning, constructing, and maintaining the district's road network to ensure safe and efficient transportation for residents and businesses.
