With over 15 years of experience in public finance management, Sarah Ncube leads the Finance Department with a focus on fiscal discipline, transparency, and innovative financial solutions. She holds a Master's degree in Financial Management from the University of Zimbabwe and is a Certified Public Accountant with expertise in government financial systems.

The Finance Department serves as the financial steward of Binga Rural District Council, overseeing all financial operations and ensuring fiscal responsibility.
