E.O HUMAN RESOURCES & ADMINISTRATION

With over 20 years of experience in public administration, Elias Munkuli leads the Administration Department with a focus on transparency, efficiency, and community service. He holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from the University of Zimbabwe and has implemented numerous reforms to improve service delivery in Binga district.

The Administration Department serves as the backbone of Binga Rural District Council, overseeing essential governance and operational functions.
