The Administration Department serves as the backbone of Binga Rural District Council, overseeing essential governance and operational functions.

Facilitates communication and collaboration between different council departments to ensure integrated service delivery and efficient resource utilization.
Manages the council's public image, handles media relations, and ensures effective communication with residents, businesses, and other stakeholders.
Provides legal advice to the council, handles contractual matters, and ensures all council activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
