Testimonial from Long-Serving Staff

Martha Ncube

"I have served with Binga RDC for over 35 years, starting as a junior clerk in 1988 and retiring as Administrative Officer in 2023. I have witnessed the tremendous growth and transformation of our council from humble beginnings to what it is today. Through economic challenges, political changes, and natural disasters, the council has remained steadfast in its commitment to serving the people of Binga. What makes me most proud is how we've maintained our cultural identity while embracing modern governance practices."
